Dr. Cynthia Kuttner is the medical director of the VA Community Living Center in Wilmington, Delaware. She teaches in the Core Curriculum for AMDA and also teaches trainees at the VA. She has worked for the VA since 2016 and transferred from Ohio to Delaware in 2023. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and Hospice and Palliative Care and is a certified Medical Director. She is passionate about serving older people and our nation's veterans.
