Angela Norman, DNP, GNP-BC, ACNP-BC, is the Chief Executive Officer of NavistaCare, LLC. Through her 23 years of clinical experience working in long term care, Angela has devoted her practice to improving the quality of life for residents through the development of proactive, person-centered approaches. Angela has operationalized these approaches into The Well-Being Model for Dementia Care (WBMDC)© , which focuses on educating clinicians and staff on principles and practices that meets the needs of those living with dementia.
