Elizabeth Sobczyk, MSW, MPH, is an association management professional who has worked across the lifespan to improve immunization rates through systems change and quality improvement. For the past 18 years, Ms. Sobczyk has helped medical professionals identify and address challenges to immunizing in pediatric, adolescent, adult, and older adult settings. She has worked collaboratively to implement 2-dimensional barcodes on vaccines, run an immunization champions program, and administered federal cooperative agreements that produce relevant educational materials. Additionally, she has run large-scale quality improvement projects for HPV, pediatric vaccines, and now vaccines recommended for staff and residents in long-term care. She presents and publishes regularly on immunization implementation issues.
