Dr. Kaehr, MD, CMD is a PA-LTC Medical Director, Attending and Hospice Medical Director. She started out in acedemic medicine for 7 years serving as a clinician educator teacing geriatric medicine fellows, geriatric psychiatry fellows, and palliative care fellows. Dr. Kaehr transitioned to private practie with Careline Physcian Services and Hospice in 2023. As a medical director and CMD she is dedicated to leading the interdisciplinary team to create high quality patient care including advance care planning in PA-LTC.
