Dr. Jump is the Associate Director of the TECH-GRECC at Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System and is also faculty at the University of Pittsburgh. She is an infectious disease physician with a research program focused on antimicrobial stewardship in post-acute and long-term care settings. She is particularly interested in using telehealth to improve the care of older adults. She has research funding from the VA, CDC, and AHRQ and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Jump serves on committees with AMDA and the Society of Hospital Epidemiology of America (SHEA).
