Thomas Bainter, MD, MPH, is a third year psychiatry resident at Cape Fear Valley Health. He is currently serving as Chief Resident for the psychiatry program. Dr. Bainter has a special interest in aging populations and has been involved with the Alzheimer's Association as well as the AAGP Scholars Program. Dr. Bainter plans to pursue a Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship at the conclusion of his residency training.
